Job Overview

As a Membership Sales Advisor at Performance Optimal Health, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our comprehensive health and wellness services. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to excel in the role of Membership Sales Advisor. In this position, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, advocating for our fitness programs, and delivering outstanding customer service to both prospective and current members. If you possess a passion for fitness, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven sales background, you may be the ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Membership Sales:

  • Engage with potential leads through various outreach methods.
  • Conduct informative facility tours and consultations.
  • Effectively present membership options and promotional offers.
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with members.
  • Follow up with potential leads to facilitate enrollment.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and ongoing support.
  • Anticipate member needs to enhance retention efforts.

3. Sales Strategies and Promotions:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to boost revenue.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in community outreach events to generate leads.

4. Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain precise records within the CRM system.
  • Prepare necessary membership agreements and documentation.
  • Assist with inquiries regarding memberships and cancellations.
  • Ensure a seamless experience for all members.

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Genuine interest in health, wellness, and fitness.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
