Since our inception, we have successfully opened multiple Viewing Rooms, creating inviting spaces where customers can explore and experience our luxury offerings firsthand. We are actively seeking candidates to join our team.

The Viewing Room serves as an extension of our online presence, providing a welcoming and interactive environment for customers to engage with our products.

The role of Customer Service/Sales Associate, also known as "Sleep Guide," is integral to our business model. This position combines elements of our corporate call center with in-person sales, allowing team members to assist customers both in-store and through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and team members in a professional manner during scheduled shifts.
  • Clearly communicate product features and benefits while effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as a standard of performance.
  • Availability to work on weekends and major retail holidays is essential.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Retail Sales or Customer Service is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Experience in telecommunications or call center environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to foster rapport with customers.
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and related software.
  • A positive attitude is highly valued.
