About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Associate to join our dynamic luxury team at Keller Williams Westport. As a Showing Agent, you will play a crucial role in unlocking the full potential of our clients' real estate goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research on potential properties and local markets to provide accurate and valuable insights to our clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule property showings for our clients, working closely with listing agents and home sellers to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Accompany clients to view properties that meet their criteria and budget, contributing to increased sales and client satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in determining the most suitable offer price and guide them through the entire transaction process for a smooth and fair deal.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Generate leads through various channels and develop a strong understanding of the local real estate market.
  • Arrange appointments with clients and prospects to discuss their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Conduct consultations with clients to understand their goals and objectives and provide personalized solutions.
  • Closing sales effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Must be willing to spend extended periods driving in your car.
  • Proficiency in CRM and marketing/lead technologies preferred, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working autonomously.
  • Driven, ambitious, and keen on professional development.
  • Currently holds a real estate license or actively pursuing one.
  • Excellent communication skills.
