  • Measure, weigh, mix, and chop ingredients according to recipe specifications, maintaining accurate records and adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
  • Operate commercial baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and proofers, ensuring proper maintenance and cleaning.
  • Store food and ingredients properly, adhering to food safety policies and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, and colleagues.
  • Adhere to Aramark's safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a baker or in a related role is preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and storage.
  • Ability to obtain food safety certification(s) as required by Aramark.
  • Basic math and counting skills, with the ability to accurately measure and record ingredients and production quantities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
