Executive Pastry Chef Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at a luxury hotel in New York City. Our Michelin-starred restaurant is known for its high-end fine dining experience, and we are looking for a talented individual to lead our pastry program.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a high-end restaurant environment, with experience in menu development, cost control, and team management. They will be responsible for creating innovative desserts, breads, and pastries, as well as overseeing the production and service of these items.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage the pastry production team, including forecasting and inventory control
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create cohesive menus and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive and collaborative attitude
