We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at César. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Pastry Chef in the preparation and presentation of our pastry dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastry dishes for our fine dining restaurant
  • Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menus
  • Train and supervise pastry staff to ensure high-quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a fine dining pastry kitchen
  • Formal training in pastry arts and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Proven track record of dedication to the culinary arts and hospitality
