Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality baked goods and pastries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory pastries, breads, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
- Lead a team of bakers and pastry chefs in the preparation and presentation of baked goods.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance the culinary experience for our guests.
- Ensure that all baked goods meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of baking supplies and ingredients.
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a pastry chef or baker in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
