Regional Account Executive

About the Role
Vets Hired is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Executive to join our team in HOA business development. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing the Bank's share of client's total relationship by acquiring deposit business and cross-selling appropriate bank products and services for a specific target market of community association management companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and increase revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community association management companies, identifying opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure exceptional customer experience and work collaboratively with the relationship team to cross-sell bank products and services.
- Prepare and present client proposals, pricing models, and service agreements to ensure successful client onboarding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to maximize business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of HOA industry experience working directly with associations and/or property management companies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Homeowner Association sales experience.
Physical Requirements
- Role requires sitting or standing in front of a computer monitor for prolonged periods of time in a fixed neck position.
- Constant use of a computer or other office equipment resulting in repeating motions of the hands and wrists.
- Light work that may include moving objects up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to travel locally, regionally, and nationally as required in the fulfillment of business development and client retention duties.
