Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Patient Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting patients in a friendly and professional manner
  • Verifying appointments and assisting with necessary paperwork
  • Maintaining complex schedules and ensuring timely communication with patients, physicians, and staff
  • Assisting patients with insurance-related questions and verifying benefits
  • Accurately updating and maintaining electronic medical and billing records
  • Collecting copayments and processing billing-related tasks
  • Supporting clinic performance by preparing management information and maintaining supplies and equipment

Other tasks may include:

  • Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Staying on top of daily reports and tasks


Qualifications
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in a patient-centered healthcare position is an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid basic computer skills
  • Commitment to Team's initiative of making diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority
