We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at our location in Novi, MI.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and office coordination support to executives and teams, including Human Resources, Operations, and General Management.
- Utilize Google Suite for scheduling, communication, document and presentation creation (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, Forms, etc.).
- Manage and coordinate ad hoc projects and events.
- Prepare presentations, including independent structure and research of necessary content.
- Manage information, including filtering and forwarding as needed, and initiate appropriate measures.
- Process orders.
- Complete department-specific tasks, such as budget monitoring and creation of KPI evaluations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and events.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Maintain communication with IT and building management, coordinating for support as needed.
- Provide administrative support and serve as a go-to for departmental duties.
- Assist with special projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to create presentations and utilize G-Suite tools (prior experience with Google Suite is strongly desired).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and openness to taking on a variety of tasks.
- Project coordination and management skills and experience.
- 1-2 years of office coordination or administrative support experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Ability to learn and utilize new tools, programs, and processes.
