Executive Assistant to Campus Leadership

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a highly organized and skilled administrative professional to provide exceptional support to the campus principal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the principal's diaries and appointments, preparing for meetings, and handling requests and enquiries as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the campus principal team, including managing diaries and appointments, preparing for meetings, and handling requests and enquiries.
- Use College computer applications to support the campus principal team, including Microsoft Office applications, CASES21, Sharepoint, and Compass.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal staff professional development, campus meetings, and whole staff meetings.
- Take minutes of meetings as required.
- Assist with the organization of campus events, including catering, logistics, and promotional materials.
- Devise and maintain systems for electronic and paper record keeping and archiving.
- Provide administrative support for student enrolments, including data entry and record management.
- Assist in the organization of Parent Opinion Surveys, School Photos, and student immunization days.
- Organize catering for campus events and meetings.
- Obtain quotes and enter online purchase orders on behalf of the principal team.
- Promote College events to staff, parents, and students.
- Order locks for students.
- Conduct school tours as required.
- Print certificates for assemblies.
- Inform canteen staff of student free dates each term.
- Other duties as required.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Year 12 Success Information Evening, Later Years Expo, Presentation Evening, and Year 12 Formal.
- Manage bookings for the Doctors in Schools program.
- Maintain and coordinate the purchasing of student planners.
- Manage and promote College events through the school social media accounts.
- Assist with Compass Card orders.
- Assist with SRC Events.
- Prepare the After School Detentions Roster and the Briefing Roster.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and client services skills.
- Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency, including word processing, Microsoft Excel, and other software applications.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to extract and manipulate data and prepare routine reports.
