Role Overview

  • Collaborating with school leadership to establish a unified vision of effective teaching.
  • Leading the execution of comprehensive school improvement strategies concerning curriculum design and implementation.
  • Playing a pivotal role in professional development initiatives, including creating frameworks for peer observation and constructive feedback.
  • Encouraging reflective practices among educators to enhance their instructional effectiveness.
  • Providing data-driven insights to support teaching staff in their professional growth.
  • Offering expert guidance on professional learning processes tailored to individual and institutional needs.
  • Mentoring and supervising aspiring educators and providing coaching to enhance teaching skills.
  • Utilizing student performance data to inform instructional strategies.
  • Fostering a culture of professional learning through collaborative communities.

Candidates must hold current registration or be eligible for registration with the relevant teaching authority and possess qualifications or demonstrated experience in the specified curriculum areas.
