Job Summary

Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Dentistry Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate Sales: Actively prospect, pursue, and close CAD/CAM sales, developing relationships with doctors and key practice staff.
  • Sales Planning: Prepare for sales visits, develop general and client-specific sales strategies, and analyze customer business for needs and selling opportunities.
  • Equipment and Technology Sales: Coordinate with other Patterson sales professionals to demonstrate and sell equipment and technology, proactively seeking opportunities to discuss solutions based on customer needs and industry trends.
  • Customer Relations: Conduct demonstrations, hold client relationship meetings, and monitor satisfaction levels with Patterson's service and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field and 3 to 5 years' of business-to-business outside sales experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong initiative, exceptional customer service, planning, and organization skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate.
  • Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals.
  • General computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift approximately pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of dental industry experience.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge.
