About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing efforts at Digital Factory. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global marketing strategy, aligning marketing initiatives with business goals, and leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives revenue growth and brand awareness.
    • Align marketing strategies with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
    • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
  • Brand Management
    • Build and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
    • Develop brand positioning and messaging that drives engagement and conversion.
    • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, content, and campaigns.
  • Digital Marketing and Innovation
    • Drive digital marketing efforts, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Implement data-driven marketing strategies that drive ROI and customer acquisition.
    • Explore and integrate new digital marketing technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Product Marketing
    • Collaborate with product management to develop product positioning and messaging.
    • Launch and promote new products and features.
    • Manage product lifecycle marketing efforts to drive sales and customer adoption.
  • Communication and Public Relations
    • Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance our company's public image.
    • Manage relationships with media and industry influencers.
    • Oversee internal and external communications to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Budget Management
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to inform future decisions.
  • Performance Metrics
    • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
    • Provide regular reports on marketing performance to the executive team.
    • Use analytics to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and data analytics.
