Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals, and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Benco Dental's products and services, including dental equipment, supplies, and technology.
  • Travel and Communication: Travel regularly to meet with customers, vendors, and Benco Dental team members, and communicate effectively through various channels to ensure seamless sales and customer service operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the dental industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in computer software and technology.
  • Travel: Ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays, to meet with customers, vendors, and Benco Dental team members.
