Nekia Nichelle, LLC. is a dynamic digital media publication dedicated to lifestyle and entertainment. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advertising Sales Specialist to join our forward-thinking and fast-paced team in Chicago.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and understanding of digital ad sales, with a proven record of achieving or surpassing sales goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling digital magazine ad space to prospective and current advertisers aligned with the magazine's target demographic.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new business opportunities with national and regional advertisers aligned with the magazine's target demographic.
- Present advertising solutions and packages to prospective advertisers, and negotiate deals to meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current accounts, and effectively communicate the magazine's brand to match it with appropriate advertising partners.
- Develop and manage advertising proposals, and track sales and client data to inform future sales strategies.
Requirements
- Professional experience in advertising sales, preferably in magazine or digital ad sales, with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or Journalism preferred.
