Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Job Summary:
NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for the company. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Manufacturing industry, developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to meet those needs.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, communicating complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, consulting, and technical staff, to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in Technology Solutions Consulting Services and/or Digital IT Solutions.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent industry experience working with Manufacturing, Commercial, Industrial, Oil/Gas/Energy, Chemical, or Aerospace clients.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: 3+ years selling outcome-based solutions to Manufacturing industry clients with proven abilities in business development.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated ability to sell digital services (cloud, analytics, automation, apps to the cloud) as well as managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions.
- Performance Metrics: Demonstrated ability & success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $16+million.
- Industry Expertise: Expertise in the Manufacturing industry.
- Personal Qualities: High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure.
