About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Audacy Chicago. As an Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to represent a multi-media, multi-platform portfolio that includes seven exceptional over-the-air brands, streaming, the second largest podcast network in the world, extensive digital marketing assets, and unique sponsorship opportunities.

Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, and a problem solver with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. You will have access to sell on a national level, across all 50 states, and be handsomely compensated for it.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively prospect new clients and grow existing accounts
  • Develop and pitch strategic ideas to communicate our value proposition to clients
  • Continually learn new products and create new opportunities for sales growth
  • Utilize CRM tools and other platforms to perform daily business
  • Build deep business relationships through great service and results
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in media or sales developing strategic solutions to clients
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Thorough understanding of advertising ecosphere including digital, audio, and attribution
  • Strong problem-solving skills and positive attitude
