Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Originate and close new business opportunities at the C-Level, VP, and Director level.
  • Industry Expertise: Develop and execute a strategy for new logo acquisition within the Manufacturing industry.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and execute a relationship plan for prospective customers utilizing NTT Data resources.
  • Sales Management: Generate, contribute, track, and manage new sales and account plan information.
  • Solution Selling: Promote solutions-selling with a focus on value-add techniques to identify business needs, develop customized solutions, and establish business partners at the customer's C-Suite Level.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
  • Prospecting: Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods and indirect methods.
  • Qualification: Qualify prospects against NTT Data criteria for ideal customers and sales.
  • Domain Knowledge: Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Presentation: Make presentations to internal and customer senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Collaboration: Work with technical staff and product specialists to address customer requirements.
  • Reporting: Report on sales activity.
  • Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with third-party and partner companies.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in Technology Solutions Consulting Services and/or Digital IT Solutions.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent industry experience working with Manufacturing, Commercial, Industrial, Oil/Gas/Energy, Chemical, or Aerospace clients.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
