Louisville, Kentucky, United States Maryhurst Full time
Job Overview

Maryhurst is dedicated to providing therapeutic programs for children who have faced severe trauma, often as a result of abuse. The children we serve frequently engage in risk-taking behaviors as a means of coping with their distress. These behaviors may include running away, truancy, suicidal gestures, delinquency, and substance misuse. Compounding their challenges are the numerous placements they have experienced in foster care and medical facilities. On average, children entering our programs have undergone around 20 out-of-home placements prior to their time with us. Our mission is to offer stability, structure, and compassion, which is fundamental to the success of our initiatives. Currently, Maryhurst operates nine distinct programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of over 600 children and their families.
