Position Overview

The Kidz Club is seeking dedicated Childcare Support Specialists to enhance our pediatric skilled nursing services.

Full-time positions offer a $2,000 Sign-On Bonus.

The Childcare Support Specialist plays a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our young clients and their families. Under the guidance of nursing staff and program coordinators, the Specialist will provide direct support and assistance with daily living activities, fostering independence and engagement in age-appropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective communication with clients and families, ensuring clarity and understanding.
  • Utilize basic computer skills to navigate electronic health records and documentation.
  • Support children with medical complexities through compassionate care and engagement.
  • Maintain compliance with health regulations, including a current negative Tuberculosis test and CPR certification.

Available Positions:

  • Full-time roles

Compensation:

  • Starting at $15.00 per hour
    • Compensation may increase based on experience and qualifications.
