Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Community Support Specialist. The individual in this role will be tasked with delivering social services, including social support and family assistance, to individuals and families requiring help. Daily responsibilities may encompass conducting assessments, formulating care plans, coordinating resources and services, providing counseling and support, and advocating for clients. The Community Support Specialist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to ensure the well-being and comprehensive care of clients.

  • Training Period: The initial 6 months will involve intensive training, equipping you with essential skills and knowledge.
  • Compensation: During Training: $28 per hour/Post-Training: $32 per hour
  • Benefits: Health and Dental. Post-Training: State Benefits

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal abilities and capacity to establish rapport
