Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Desktop Support Specialist in Louisville, Kentucky. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their desktop systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide workstation software break-fix support to clients
  • Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change) tasks, including PC installation, moves, adds, and changes
  • Load images on client workstations
  • Recover and dispose of assets in a secure and environmentally responsible manner
  • Tag and track assets to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Provide printer support and maintenance
  • Offer technical support at our Client Center (Tech Bar)
  • Stay up-to-date with IT service management best practices and updates
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain workstation operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in desktop support is desired, but training will be provided for new hires
  • Knowledge of PC imaging and deployment
  • Experience with change management and incident management
  • Proficiency in using tools such as ServiceNow, Bomgar, LapLink, and Secure Disk Wipe

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Dell Technician
  • Expertise in inventory control and management
