Role Overview

As the Regional Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence within a designated territory. Your primary responsibilities will include fostering relationships with potential clients, promoting our comprehensive solutions and services, and identifying new business prospects. You will actively track sales activities in HubSpot and engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance your business knowledge and skills for effective client interactions. While this position allows for independent work, you will receive strategic guidance from the President and contribute significantly to the execution of our business development strategies in your region. This role demands exceptional presentation abilities, efficient time management, and strong organizational skills.

In this capacity, you will engage with prospective Compugen Systems clients, cultivate and maintain relationships, and follow up on potential leads related to our IT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of relationship building, trust creation, and long-term partnership development. You will embody our mission, vision, and values in every interaction.

Qualifications


• A minimum of 5-10 years of proven IT sales experience is required.


• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.


• A documented history of successful new business development is ideal.
