Your Role

As the Regional Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence within a designated territory. Your main responsibilities will include building relationships with potential clients, promoting our solutions and services, and identifying new business prospects. You will track sales activities using HubSpot and engage in training sessions to enhance your business knowledge, enabling you to conduct meaningful discussions with clients. While this position requires self-motivation, you will receive strategic guidance from senior leadership and contribute significantly to our business development initiatives.

In this position, you will connect with prospective Compugen Systems clients, foster and maintain relationships, and follow up on leads related to our IT solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship management, establishing trust, and nurturing long-term partnerships. You will embody our core mission, vision, and values in every engagement.

Key Requirements


• 5-10 years of proven IT sales experience required


• Bachelor's Degree preferred


• Documented success in new business development is ideal
