About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Litera Corp. as an Account Growth Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth in Large Law accounts by selling our comprehensive suite of integrated legal tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account management plans to drive sales growth and expansion within current clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts within each customer in your territory.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing value-based selling and articulating relevant technology and business trends to customers.
  • Manage the deal process from discovery through close, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Prospect into current customer accounts for cross-sell opportunities and expand relationships to grow our partnership within each customer.
What You'll Achieve
  • Attain monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing the sales process and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Earn credibility as a trusted advisor for key contacts within each customer in your territory.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to support sales efforts.
  • Consistently generate new pipeline to drive growth and contribute to Sales QBR presentations for your territory.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales career progression, with a proven track record of success in selling SaaS to law firms, legal, and/or equivalent personas.
  • Demonstrable success in hitting and exceeding sales quotas, with a strong understanding of complex organizations and decision-making processes.
  • Ability to learn and evangelize technology solutions to challenging business problems, with a keen sense of organization, collaboration, and getting things done.
  • Comfortable with a quickly changing environment and thrive on open transparency, communication, and collaboration internally and externally.
  • Competency with Salesforce, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
