Are you an experienced inside sales professional with a passion for the construction equipment sector? If you have a minimum of three years of proven inside sales experience and are looking to join a reputable and expanding organization, we invite you to explore this opportunity with us.

The Inside Sales Account Executive will play a pivotal role in forging new customer connections while enhancing relationships with our current clientele.

This position requires a skilled inside salesperson to target various construction equipment rental businesses across the Southeast US to facilitate the re-rental of our fleet.

You will collaborate closely with a Rental Coordinator, the Fleet Service Team, and the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned sales territories to sustain existing rental business levels, cultivate new rental opportunities for our products and services, and ensure annual sales growth while maximizing the utilization of our rental assets.

  • Identify and establish relationships with new rental customers.
  • Enhance and strengthen existing partnerships with rental clients.
  • Drive monthly rental revenue growth in the Southeast Territory through wholesale re-rental initiatives.
  • Educate clients on specialized equipment applications, operations, and our rental processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Promote a collaborative work environment through effective communication with rental coordinators, fleet service specialists, and the sales team.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED is required.
Minimum of 3 years of verifiable inside sales experience, preferably in the rental equipment sector.

Demonstrated ability to manage challenging customer interactions, gather feedback for service improvement, and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and listen actively to others.

Proven capability to balance team objectives with individual goals, fostering a positive team environment.

Strong goal-setting skills, with a track record of overcoming obstacles and maintaining a proactive approach.

Familiarity with the sales process and a keen attention to detail are essential.

Proficient in MS Office applications and CRM software.
