Job Overview

The Territory Sales Leader is tasked with establishing and nurturing a high-achieving Sales team within a designated region to drive revenue enhancement and meet sales targets. This role involves crafting strategic business plans aimed at aggressively expanding market presence. Additionally, the leader is responsible for attracting top-tier talent, providing ongoing coaching, and facilitating continuous learning and development for sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Articulate Paycor's sales vision, strategic plans, and organizational updates to the Sales team.
  • Formulate a territory strategy to consistently achieve sales quotas and expand market share.
  • Forge partnerships with channel affiliates to secure business referrals.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to cultivate local referenceable clients and enhance brand visibility.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard talent to establish a high-performing Sales team.
  • Oversee the performance and professional growth of sales executives.
  • Create tailored business plans for sales executives to ensure their success in selling.
  • Guarantee alignment of the Sales team with Paycor's sales methodologies, practices, and policies.
  • Engage in weekly training sessions on Paycor's products, processes, and sales techniques.
  • Evaluate sales activities and outcomes to guide individual performance and contribute to senior management reporting.
  • Represent Paycor within the community to strengthen business relationships and elevate brand recognition.
  • Uphold ethical business practices.
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a successful sales team
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales results and expanding market presence
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop sales talent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field

We also provide competitive compensation based on individual experience, skills, and education. The anticipated base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $150,000. In addition to base salary, Paycor Associates may be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their role.
