We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Leader to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading our Territory Account Executives to success, driving revenue growth, and expanding our portfolio of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop Sales Teams
    • Use your expertise in sales and business acumen to foster new relationships with our partners and uncover new opportunities.
    • Analyze sales forecasts, spotting trends and extracting concrete insights from highly-analytical, data-driven reports.

  • Drive Revenue Growth
    • Use your in-depth sales expertise to expand our portfolio of services with existing clients and grow their book of business within an assigned territory.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in the technology industry.
  • 2+ years sales experience with a technology reseller, vendor, or distributor, in a telephone-based sales environment.
  • Proven capacity to deliver measurable impact, be analytical, and consistently meet quota.
  • Excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills.
  • Additional leadership experience, such as sports coaching or volunteering, is considered.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
