Position: Office Support Associate

We are currently looking for a part-time Office Support Associate to become a vital part of our skilled and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

General Office Assistance: The Office Support Associate will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks, including but not limited to making copies, sorting and distributing mail, data entry, document creation, and drafting correspondence. This role also involves organizational duties such as maintaining office order, managing files, running errands, conducting equipment inventory, scanning documents, booking travel arrangements, assisting staff with forms, expense reports, and time sheets, as well as managing office and breakroom supplies.

Financial and Contractual Support: The individual will assist with financial and contract administration tasks, which may include reconciling accounts, gathering necessary documentation, researching procurement issues, preparing expense reports, maintaining records, and responding to internal inquiries.

Effective Communication and Collaboration: The ideal candidate will prioritize clear communication and responsiveness. This role may involve assisting the finance and contracts team with document requests and providing administrative support to team members. Timely and efficient communication is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles
  • Experience in government contracting is a plus
