Job Title: Mobile Assessment Coordinator

A distinguished long-term care organization is actively looking for a committed Mobile Assessment Coordinator to become part of their team. In this role, you will oversee the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument process, ensuring adherence to both State and Federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Provide care that is appropriate for various age groups
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and staff
  • Apply knowledge of nursing practices and regulations effectively
  • Demonstrate organizational and problem-solving capabilities

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the relevant State
  • Preferred one year of experience with the RAI process

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-time employment opportunity
  • Daytime shifts available
