Job Summary:
The Saber Community Support and Development Office is seeking a highly skilled Mobile MDS Coordinator to join our team. As a Mobile MDS Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process in accordance with state and federal laws, as well as the policies and goals of our community.
- Develop and implement programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures to provide quality care.
- Collaborate with supervisors, co-workers, and community staff to ensure seamless performance of duties.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely completion of RAI assessments.
- Provide education and training to staff on RAI processes and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services.
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- One year of experience in working with the RAI process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
