Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive clerical assistance to facilitate smooth office operations. Perform data entry and manage service charges within the iLab solution system. Oversee vendor procurement and order necessary reagents, supplies, and services. Collaborate with team members to organize sample storage and distribution. Handle incoming communications, including calls and mail, addressing routine inquiries and directing calls appropriately. Draft and type various documents, including memos, correspondence, forms, and confidential reports. Manage calendars, scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Assist in coordinating business travel, meeting schedules, and agenda management. Welcome visitors and provide customer service as required. Support administrative tasks for special projects as needed. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma
Physical Requirements:
This position primarily involves sedentary work with extensive use of desktop computers. Occasional travel may be required to attend meetings and programs.
This position is contingent upon project needs, funding availability, and performance. Background checks will be conducted on all new hires prior to employment. A pre-employment health screening is mandatory for this role.
