Mid-Market Account Executive

Navan Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the mid-market segment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, driving sales growth and contributing to the company's overall success.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, preferably in a SaaS or similar environment.
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and conducting product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong drive and motivation to succeed.
- Agile, coachable, and always looking to learn and grow, with a willingness to receive feedback and improve.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of sales methodologies and principles.
