Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team at Talkdesk 2. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets at growing companies, with a focus on new logo acquisition in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and secure new logo accounts by effectively positioning our disruptive SaaS solutions to C-level and other financial services senior executives.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive successful outcomes and showcase our competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to advance deal cycles and maximize close potential.
  • Creatively generate leads for new logo opportunities and diversify client portfolio to ensure consistent quota achievement.
  • Engage with channel partners to maximize sales potential and enhance lead generation.
  • Drive the sales cycle from pipeline to closure, engaging all stakeholders and negotiating effectively.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and engage in executive-level communication to influence decision-makers and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Keep updated on market trends, learn your prospective customers' business and maintain a strong understanding of our SaaS technology and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • 5+ year proven track record of exceeding sales targets selling SaaS solutions to the financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial services industry trends and challenges.
  • Experience selling disruptive or transformational SaaS solutions to C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of strategic selling techniques and ability to craft tailored messages that align to prospective customer business and economic drivers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
