About the RoleWe're seeking a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in SaaS, IT, and B2B technology companies. Your expertise will help us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and nurture larger named accounts, including SMB and mid-enterprise customers
- Work closely with customers throughout their lifecycle, from concept to technical requirements, implementation, adoption, expansion, and paid
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and market trends
- Collaborate with our Growth team to increase product awareness and drive sales
- Guide customers through implementation plans to further adoption and drive paid conversion
- Share feedback and feature requests with our Product and Engineering teams
