Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product marketing plans that align with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product messaging, positioning, and pricing strategies
  • Research and build expertise on key verticals and personas to create targeted marketing campaigns
  • Create sales collateral and train sales teams and partners on product messaging and positioning
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content across brand awareness and demand generation channels
  • Propose new or revised pricing for new features and improve the overall go-to-market strategy
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS company
  • 2+ years of experience in the contact center and/or modern telephony space
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Prefer SMB and/or mid-market experience
  • MBA preferred
