Position Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to connect production and leadership with trade show marketing and field merchandising. This includes overseeing the product lifecycle and implementing go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will craft and execute strategies that enhance product validation, consumer experience, brand recognition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environmental Health and Safety: Demonstrate commitment to environmental health and safety principles.
  • Marketing Focus: Allocate approximately 60% of time to Dealer/Channel Marketing and 40% to Strategic Planning for Trade Shows.
Product and Sales Support:
  • Design and deliver training materials for internal teams and external partners.
  • Implement merchandising strategies and visual needs to support omni-channel programs.
  • Create marketing materials for field teams, including display layouts and promotional items.
Trade Show Coordination:
  • Plan and evaluate trade show events, focusing on pre and post-event success metrics.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand representation at trade shows.
  • Develop a return on investment (ROI) model for trade show metrics.
  • Manage all aspects of trade show planning and execution.
Content Marketing Management:
  • Oversee content creation for marketing materials, including photo and video shoots.
  • Work with Product Line Managers to devise content strategies for product launches.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and manage content production timelines.
  • Direct the creative aspects of sales materials.
Go-to-Market Execution:
  • Collaborate with Product Line Managers to implement comprehensive market plans.
  • Establish best practices for channel merchandising aligned with product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics and competitive landscape.
  • Gather competitive intelligence on pricing and product offerings.
Channel and Partner Marketing:
  • Support dealer programs to enhance product adoption and sales.
  • Coordinate incentive programs for dealers and staff.
Business Development:
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and industry influencers.
Social Media Strategy:
  • Work with the social media team to implement marketing strategies for product lines.
  • Manage social media calendars to align with marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
Performance Metrics:
  • Increase product awareness through social media engagement.
  • Enhance sales team effectiveness through training and performance metrics.
  • Drive growth in product adoption and revenue.
  • Boost dealer program participation and sales through partnerships.
  • Achieve positive ROI on marketing initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Uphold company standards of integrity and create a positive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trade show management.
  • 3-5 years of channel merchandising experience.
  • 3-5 years in product marketing or a related area.
  • Strong grasp of B2B and B2C marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in content creation and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales or marketing objectives.
  • Experience in social media marketing and community engagement.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
  • Requires standing, walking, and bending throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required.
