Position Summary:

The role serves as a vital link between production and leadership, focusing on trade show and field merchandising marketing, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies. The objective is to develop and implement strategies that enhance product validation, improve consumer experience, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environmental Commitment: Uphold and lead environmental health and safety principles, policies, and procedures.
  • Marketing Focus: Allocate approximately 60% of time to Dealer/Channel Marketing and 40% to Strategic Planning for Trade Shows.
Product & Sales Enablement:
  • Design and deliver training materials for internal teams and external partners.
  • Establish strategies for merchandising collateral to support omni-channel initiatives.
  • Create sales and merchandising resources for field teams, including display layouts and promotional materials.
Trade Show Management:
  • Formulate strategic plans for trade show events, including pre- and post-event evaluations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure optimal brand representation at trade shows.
  • Develop a return on investment (ROI) model for trade show metrics with quarterly reviews.
  • Oversee all aspects of trade show planning and execution.
Content Marketing and Creative Execution:
  • Manage content creation for marketing materials, including photo and video shoots.
  • Work with Product Line Managers to create content strategies for product launches.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content and manage production schedules.
  • Direct the creative approach for sales materials.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Collaborate with Product Line Managers to execute comprehensive go-to-market plans.
  • Establish best practices for channel merchandising aligned with product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify target markets and competitive landscapes.
  • Gather competitive market intelligence, including pricing and offerings.
Channel & Partner Marketing:
  • Support dealer programs to enhance product adoption and sales.
  • Coordinate incentive programs for dealers and employees.
Business Development:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and influencers.
Social Media Management:
  • Collaborate with the social media team to implement strategies for assigned product lines.
  • Manage social media calendars to align with marketing and trade show initiatives.
  • Analyze social media performance and identify improvement areas.
Performance Metrics:
  • Enhance product awareness through social media engagement and lead generation.
  • Improve sales team effectiveness through training and performance metrics.
  • Drive growth in product adoption and revenue.
  • Increase dealer program participation and sales through partner channels.
  • Achieve positive ROI for marketing initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the company's continuous improvement efforts in safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Uphold company standards of integrity and create a positive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trade show management.
  • 3-5 years of channel merchandising experience with consumer products.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in content creation, including writing and video production.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales or marketing goals.
  • Experience in social media marketing and community management.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to various conditions.
  • Must wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required.
