Position Summary:

The role serves as a vital link between production and leadership, focusing on trade show marketing and field merchandising strategies. You will be responsible for designing and implementing go-to-market strategies that enhance product validation, consumer experience, brand recognition, and revenue growth. This position requires a strategic marketing leader with a commitment to efficiency and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Environmental Health and Safety: Demonstrate leadership in adhering to environmental health and safety standards.
  • Marketing Strategy: Allocate approximately 60% of your time to Dealer/Channel Marketing and 40% to Strategic Planning for Trade Shows.
Product and Sales Enablement:
  • Develop comprehensive training materials for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Implement merchandising strategies and create visual marketing materials to support Omni-channel initiatives.
  • Design sales and merchandising resources to assist field teams, including display layouts and promotional items.
Trade Show Management:
  • Oversee strategic planning for trade show events, including pre- and post-event evaluations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure effective brand representation at trade shows.
  • Establish a framework for measuring trade show ROI with regular reviews.
  • Manage all aspects of trade show planning and execution.
Content Marketing and Creative Execution:
  • Coordinate content creation, including photo and video shoots, to produce compelling marketing materials.
  • Work with Product Line Managers to devise content strategies for product launches.
  • Ensure consistency in branding and manage content production timelines.
  • Direct the creative approach for sales materials to align with brand standards.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Partner with Product Line Managers to formulate and execute detailed go-to-market plans.
  • Establish best practices for channel merchandising aligned with product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify target demographics and competitive insights.
  • Gather competitive intelligence regarding pricing and product offerings.
Channel and Partner Marketing:
  • Support dealer programs to enhance product adoption and sales through partnerships.
  • Coordinate incentive programs for dealers and employees, including training and events.
Business Development:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic alliances.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and industry influencers.
Social Media Management:
  • Collaborate with the social media team to implement strategies for assigned product lines.
  • Manage social media content calendars to align with marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
Performance Metrics:
  • Increase product visibility through social media engagement and lead generation.
  • Enhance sales team performance through effective training and support.
  • Drive growth in product adoption and revenue for designated product lines.
  • Boost dealer participation and sales through partner channels.
  • Achieve positive ROI for marketing efforts across various channels.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Uphold company standards of integrity and create a positive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in trade show management.
  • 3-5 years of channel merchandising experience with consumer products.
  • 3-5 years in product marketing or a related area.
  • Strong grasp of B2B and B2C marketing principles.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in content creation and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Industry experience relevant to the company.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales or marketing objectives.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and community engagement.
  • Experience in formulating go-to-market strategies.
  • Commitment to the company's core values.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to stand, walk, sit, and bend throughout the workday.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to various conditions.
  • Compliance with Personal Protection Equipment requirements as necessary.
