The Director of Admissions and Marketing at Xavier University School of Medicine Aruba (XUSOM) plays a pivotal role in shaping the institution's growth and visibility. This leadership position entails close collaboration with the executive team and the admissions department to elevate strategic awareness, branding, and positioning to achieve enrollment objectives. The Director will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy aimed at prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the admissions team to ensure effective recruitment processes.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with other educational institutions and programs.
- Manage the enrollment marketing operations for both on-campus and online academic offerings.
- Design, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies aligned with the strategic plan and targeted recruitment markets.
- Conduct research on competitive landscapes, demographics, and trends to inform recruitment objectives.
- Create and implement cohesive branding and positioning statements across all marketing platforms.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4-6 years of experience in higher education recruitment and admissions.
- Proven experience in digital and traditional marketing, preferably within higher education or an agency setting.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of developing and executing successful enrollment marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- In-depth knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Proficient in social media, pay-per-click advertising, and multimedia content creation.
- Ability to analyze digital data to inform strategic decisions and measure success.
- A collaborative leader who fosters a positive and productive work environment.
