Impact on the Business:

The Automotive Marketing Consultant (AMC) will deliver tailored marketing strategies to automotive dealership clients within a specified territory, aiming to boost revenue by achieving or surpassing sales targets. Daily responsibilities will encompass outreach to potential clients, as well as the preparation, evaluation, and presentation of marketing program performance reports during scheduled visits to dealerships.

  • Collaborative Success: The AMC will report directly to the Regional Sales Director and collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing Services Representatives, to address customer care challenges and propose effective solutions.

As an AMC, your contributions will be vital to our success, as sales drive our business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales objectives by promoting Epsilon's product offerings to targeted automotive clients within the assigned market.
  • Deliver outstanding problem-solving by implementing Epsilon's solutions to meet dealership requirements.
  • Engage actively in resolving customer concerns and turnaround efforts while providing consistent support to existing clients.
  • Oversee comprehensive account management for each dealership within your geographical area.
  • Contribute to the creation of new marketing products and client resources.
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal support teams.

Qualifications:

  • Essential Skills:
    • Proficiency in Salesforce.
    • Expertise in territory management.
    • Experience in selling core products and direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns.
    • Familiarity with marketing technologies.
    • Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Preferred Attributes:
    • Background in selling and servicing automotive marketing platforms or CRM systems.
    • Solid understanding of marketing technologies.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to adapt to evolving expectations.

Compensation: Salary range is $70,000 to $75,000, with potential eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
