We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Oceanic Solutions. As a Product Manager for Installation Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our installation product category.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage a supplier base for the installation product category, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct regular meetings with suppliers to negotiate terms, including purchase prices, bonuses, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and implement purchasing, assortment, sales, and marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Support our members in the installation sector by providing expert advice on current market trends and product offerings.
- Plan and deliver training and qualification programs for our members, both virtually and on-site.
- Contribute to the development of our private label strategy, bringing innovative ideas and concepts to the table.
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience in wholesale and foreign trade management, or a state-certified technician or master's degree in the HVAC trade.
- Several years of professional experience in wholesale, preferably in purchasing or supplier and product management.
- Strong product knowledge in the installation or heating product category, with proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP.
- Excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a confident, authentic presence.
- Strong cost awareness, problem-solving skills, reliability, and high team spirit, with occasional willingness to travel.
