The Director will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategy tailored to attract prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the admissions team effectively.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with other universities and academic programs.
- Oversee the enrollment marketing operations for all academic offerings, both on-campus and online.
- Design, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies aligned with the strategic plan and targeted recruitment markets.

- Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, including marketing agencies and service providers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-6 years of experience in higher education recruitment and admissions.
- Proven experience in digital and traditional marketing, preferably within higher education or an agency setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of developing and measuring successful enrollment marketing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across various departments.
- In-depth knowledge of current trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Proficient in social media, pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and multimedia content creation.
- Adept at utilizing data analytics to drive informed decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
- A collaborative leader who fosters a positive and collegial work environment.
