Position Summary

CreditServe is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to ensure effective project delivery from inception to completion. This role involves steering cross-departmental teams towards collaborative success and innovative outcomes. The Project Manager will engage closely with both front-end and back-end developers, analytics personnel, automation specialists, IT management, and various cross-functional groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a team-oriented and collaborative atmosphere, maintaining a balance between detailed involvement and a broader perspective.
  • Possess excellent organizational, planning, and process management skills, demonstrating resilience and determination to meet project goals.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to existing workflows to drive results.
  • Engage in constructive discussions to address critical issues and determine optimal solutions.
  • Adjust to urgent priority shifts due to the complex nature of regulatory requirements.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable tasks within a defined project framework.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly Confluence, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Experience in managing project intake and business justification requests for API integrations and software development projects is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying relevant information to an executive audience.
  • Ensure uniformity across policies, processes, and systems by acquiring comprehensive knowledge of all relevant systems.
  • Oversee proper documentation and closure deliverables post-project.
  • Develop project-related documentation and facilitate meetings as necessary.
  • Maintain detailed notes during meetings, assign follow-up tasks, and ensure accountability.
  • Potentially oversee a ticketing system (Jira) or a global task list to guarantee appropriate prioritization.
  • Assess complex solutions using a variety of information sources.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
