As a Telemetry Nurse Coordinator, you will contribute to advancing nursing practices and enhancing patient outcomes.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Telemetry Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all functions within the unit during their designated shift.

Working closely with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in alignment with established policies and procedures, serving as a resource for staff and exemplifying a commitment to the organization's vision and values to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing assessments of patient care quality in collaboration with management.
- Collaborate with experts and managers to foster a teamwork environment that enhances outcomes and service.
- Uphold a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Support facility engagement initiatives through nursing strategies and employee rounding.
- Provide input on hiring, training, and development of new staff.
- Recommend and implement actions related to training, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing organization.
- Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor aspects according to patient care needs.
- Oversee inventory control and assist in managing supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
- NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 30 days of employment.
- Registered Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor's Degree.
