Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will ensure the delivery of exceptional, patient-focused care while overseeing all unit functions during your shift. Collaborating with management, you will guide, assess, and enhance nursing practices in alignment with established protocols, serving as a resource for staff and embodying the organization's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate smooth admission and discharge processes to maintain high-quality patient care.
  • Engage in ongoing evaluation of patient care quality alongside management.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration to achieve improved patient outcomes.
  • Champion a patient-first approach and manage service recovery as needed.
  • Implement nursing strategies to enhance staff engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the recruitment, training, and development of new staff members.
  • Assist in staff scheduling and manage labor resources effectively.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate supply levels.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification required within one year of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment.
  • Current Registered Nurse license.
  • Educational background: Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program.
