Job Overview

Reporting to the Sales Director, the Client Relations Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the new home sales process. This position also involves maintaining the assigned show home(s) or sales center, ensuring that customers receive an outstanding experience throughout their home buying journey.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered.
  • Conduct show home tours, provide product details, and explain the purchasing process. Manage incoming calls and emails, and schedule appointments.
  • Assist in evaluating potential buyers and converting them into qualified clients. Maintain customer records and aid in securing financing.
  • Regularly inspect and ensure that show home(s) or sales center are visually appealing and well-maintained. Attend to tasks such as organizing décor, straightening signage, and managing inventory of supplies.
  • Support clients throughout the home construction process, coordinating project modifications and providing updates on progress.
  • Perform various administrative duties including data entry, filing, calendar management, tracking customer deposits, and maintaining office supplies and sales materials.

Essential Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months of experience in sales within the residential construction industry is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check and driver's abstract.
  • Proficient in using office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM, and accounting tools.

Working Conditions

This role primarily operates within a show home or sales center environment. Standard working hours are typically during business hours, with occasional evenings and weekends required, as well as travel to off-site meetings or other show homes.
