POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for handling and documenting all guest inquiries, requests, and concerns through various communication channels including telephone, email, and chat. Your role will involve operating the telephone switchboard, managing wake-up call requests, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, document, and relay messages with precision.
  • Log all guest requests or issues into the system and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Provide guests with detailed information regarding room features, property amenities, and local attractions.
  • Assist with room service orders and address menu inquiries.
  • Support guests in accessing internet services and entertainment options in their rooms.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and safeguard company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipating their needs and responding with genuine appreciation.

Engage with guests using clear and professional communication, and maintain positive relationships with team members to achieve shared objectives. Comply with quality assurance standards and perform physical tasks as required, including moving and lifting light objects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: No prior experience necessary.

Supervisory Experience: Not required.

License or Certification: None required.

The compensation for this role ranges from $18.00 per hour, inclusive of healthcare benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, life insurance, and disability coverage. Eligibility for benefits may vary based on specific criteria.
