POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for handling, documenting, and addressing all guest inquiries, requests, or concerns through various communication channels including telephone, email, and chat. You will manage the telephone switchboard, facilitate wake-up call requests, and ensure calls are directed to the appropriate departments. Accurately record and relay messages, and log all guest interactions into our system to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.

Your role will also involve providing guests with information regarding room features, property amenities, and local attractions. You may assist with processing room service orders, answering menu-related questions, and recording transactions in our point-of-sale system. Additionally, you will support guests in accessing internet services and entertainment options within their rooms.

Adhering to company policies and maintaining a professional appearance is essential. You will be expected to uphold confidentiality regarding proprietary information and safeguard company assets. It is important to greet and acknowledge all guests according to our standards, anticipate their service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. Effective communication and maintaining positive relationships with team members are crucial for achieving common goals.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience: Not applicable.

License or Certification: None required.

The compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, life insurance, and disability coverage, among other wellness benefits. Eligibility for benefits may be subject to certain conditions.
